Victoria KS Poon

Working in the profession for over 15 years, Victoria KS Poon is a seasoned educator with rich experience in teaching and institutional administration and management. She was invited to attend international educational conferences, meetings and workshops over the years. Joining W F Joseph Lee Primary School (WFJLPS) as the School’s vice principal in 2018, Ms. Poon has been dedicated to enhancing teaching and administrative effectiveness, as well as strengthening the bonds among the School, its students, parents and stakeholders through the introduction of a series of strategic and operational policies and plans. She is committed to promoting teacher professional growth and curriculum development to support teachers in adapting blended learning to foster student agency and ownership of learning.
