Physical Education

Physical Education includes three learning domains: values and attitudes, skills and knowledge. The overall aims of our school-based PE curriculum are to help students to develop motor skills, acquire necessary knowledge through physical activities, and cultivate positive values and attitudes for the development of an active and healthy lifestyle. Thus students can have good health, physical fitness and body coordination through an active lifestyle. The curriculum also promotes moral behaviours, cooperation in communal life, the ability to make decisions and the appreciation of aesthetic movements.

We have different kinds of PE activities, such as Sports Day and Chinese New Year Carnival, which are held every year. Moreover, a variety of school teams such as the Cheerleading Team, Gymnastics Team and Fencing Team support the development of different talents.
