W F Joseph Lee Primary School has two distinct buildings: the main building and the Sports and Arts Building.

The seven-storey main building houses various facilities on different floors. There are thoughtfully designed greenery, a covered playground, a general office and a tuck shop on the ground floor. Thirty standard classrooms are located on 1/F to 6/F and Teacher’s Office is located on 7/F. In addition, we have a lovely lotus pond, a spacious Dance Room, two Music Rooms for the learning of both Chinese and Western musical instruments, a well-stocked School Library, a STEM Room, a Campus TV Studio, an Art Room, a Science Room, a School Hall, a Mini-tennis Court and a specially designed Band Room. The Sports and Arts Building was completed in 2017 to provide a more extensive learning experience for students. There is a swimming pool with six lanes for regular swimming lessons and school swimming team practices. A Multi-purpose Hall on 2/F with 208 seats can cater for various events, seminars and activities, ranging from music, dance to gymnastic performances.
